Senior Financial Accountant / Lead Bookkeeper

We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual with a great attitude who enjoys serving clients as much as we do. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an expanding organization with a fast track to management. Role Responsibilities: · Conduct accounting tasks, including scrutinizing financial statements, ledgers, reconciliations, and related accounts to ensure compliance with industry standards. · Execute monthly closing procedures by overseeing entries in Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Income Statement accounts, as well as making necessary adjustments. · Perform account reconciliations, analytical reviews, and variance analyses, providing comprehensive supporting documentation. · Supervise and evaluate the work of junior team members, offering guidance and feedback as needed. · Support junior team members in resolving intricate accounting matters and propose effective solutions. Qualifications: · 3 years and more of related and extensive work experience, preferably in small or mid-size firms · Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin is required · Excellent knowledge of financing accounting · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook · Good understanding of small business market Work Location: Flushing, Queens, NY If you are seeking a long-term, full-time position in a reliable and fostering workplace with tremendous opportunities to lead and grow, this role is ideal for you!
